ABOUT ME

 

I'm motivated by providing you with excellent support, partnering you and your organisation through transformational change.  

 

I have over 20 years' experience in delivering strategic and operational change programmes and guiding change leadership.

 

I've worked with a variety of disciplines: radio and TV production; regulatory and legal; finance; IT transformation; construction, to name a few.

 

I spent much of my career in broadcasting, at the BBC.   I worked across Change and Project Management, HR, Leadership training, in Television, Radio and among many of the professional functions that support the media industry.  Prior to the BBC I worked in the education and charity sector.  

my qualifications

 

  • Chartered Project Professional (ChPP).  This is a highly respected certification requiring assessed evidence of senior  level experience in transformational projects.

 

  • Member of the Association of Project Management

 

  • Change Managment Practitioner qualified on a course validated by the Change Management Institute.

WHY GReir?

 

I know -  it's not easy to spell - 'e' before 'i' needs you to forget the rules of english grammar. Greir is a family middle name held by my great grandfather, my grandmother and my father. The name didn't get handed to the next generation. So I've revived it for my company.
